Who operates OnFire in Europe, how to reach us, and who supervises us.

Version 1.0 Effective: 19 August 2026 Last updated: 19 August 2026

1. Who operates OnFire

OnFire is operated by two companies, split by region.

For users in Europe

OnFire Messenger Ltd.

Registered in Ireland, company number 796932
77 Camden Street Lower
Dublin, D02 XE80
Ireland

For users in the United States

OnFire Messenger Inc.

Registered in Delaware
254 Chapman Rd, Ste 209
Newark, DE 19702
United States

Users in Europe contract with OnFire Messenger Ltd., registered in Ireland under number 796932. Users in the United States contract with OnFire Messenger Inc., a Delaware company.

Everything on this page, and every other page in our Digital Services Act set, concerns OnFire Messenger Ltd. as the provider of the service to users in the European Union.

OnFire is an online platform for the purposes of the Digital Services Act. It is not a very large online platform: we are far below the 45 million average monthly active recipients that designation requires.

2. Contact point for users

You can contact us directly about anything covered by the Digital Services Act. You do not have to go through an automated system to reach a person.

Digital Services Act enquiries: [email protected]

Reporting content: [email protected], or the Report control in the app

Language: English

3. Contact point for authorities

Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services may contact us at [email protected], in English.

Orders to act against illegal content and orders to provide information should be sent there, and are handled as described on our Law Enforcement Requests page.

3a. Contact point for terrorist content removal orders

Separately from the Digital Services Act, EU law on addressing the dissemination of terrorist content online requires every hosting service provider to designate a contact point for receiving removal orders, and to make information about it publicly available.

Removal orders for terrorist content: [email protected]

Language: English, which is an official language of Ireland, our Member State of main establishment

4. EU legal representative

Not required

OnFire Messenger Ltd. is established in Ireland, a Member State of the European Union. The obligation to designate a legal representative applies only to providers that have no establishment in the Union, so it does not apply to us. The Irish company is itself the responsible provider and can be addressed directly.

5. Who supervises us

Because we are established in Ireland, our lead supervisory authority under the Digital Services Act is the Irish Digital Services Coordinator:

Coimisiún na Meán

The Digital Services Coordinator for Ireland
1 Shelbourne Buildings, Shelbourne Road
Dublin 4, D04 NP20, Ireland
Telephone: +353 1 963 7755
www.cnam.ie

6. How to complain about us

If you think OnFire has broken the Digital Services Act, you can complain to the Digital Services Coordinator in the Member State where you live. You do not have to complain in Ireland, and you do not have to raise it with us first.

If your complaint is about how we handled your personal data rather than about content, that goes to your national data protection authority instead — see our Privacy Policy.

7. How many people use OnFire

Online platforms publish, at least every six months, the average number of monthly active users of the service in the European Union.

For the six months to August 2026, that figure is in the low single digits — fewer than ten people in an average month.

Two limitations are worth stating plainly rather than hiding behind a number. First, OnFire does not currently record which country a user is in, so we cannot separate European users from users elsewhere; the figure above counts monthly active users wherever they are, which if anything overstates the European total. Second, most accounts on the system were created by a bulk import of product listings rather than by people signing up. Those are not users, and they are not counted here.

We are improving how this is measured, and will publish an updated figure together with the method used at the next six-monthly point.

OnFire is very far below the 45 million average monthly users that would make it a very large online platform.

8. Other contact routes

Which rules this page covers

  • Sections 2 and 3 — the contact points required by Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act.
  • Section 3a — the contact point required by Article 15 of Regulation (EU) 2021/784 on addressing the dissemination of terrorist content online.
  • Section 4 — Article 13, which does not apply to us because we are established in Ireland.
  • Sections 5 and 6 — supervision, and your right to complain.
  • Section 7 — the user numbers required by Article 24(2).

This page provides the contact points required by Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act), addresses Article 13, and is where the Article 24(2) figure will be published.
