By using OnFire's commerce features, you agree to comply with these guidelines and ensure that your business activities fall within our supported categories. OnFire reserves the right to review, restrict, or terminate any business account that violates these terms.
2. Your Responsibilities as a Platform Business
When you use OnFire's payment and commerce features, you take on certain obligations. Please review and acknowledge your responsibilities below.
Refunds and Chargebacks
You are responsible for all refunds, chargebacks, and any associated fines or fees that arise from transactions processed through OnFire. This includes disputes initiated by buyers, fraudulent transactions, and any penalties imposed by payment networks.
Onboarding and Compliance
You are responsible for reviewing each seller you onboard to ensure they are not operating in a restricted business category or selling restricted products. You must maintain adequate records of your due diligence and be prepared to provide this documentation upon request.
Support for Payment and Risk Inquiries
You are responsible for providing support to your sellers, educating them on your risk management processes, and guiding them through any remediation steps when payment or compliance issues arise.
3. Supported Business Categories
OnFire supports a wide range of legitimate businesses. The following categories are generally permitted on our platform:
Retail & E-Commerce
Physical goods, apparel, electronics, home goods, handmade products, and general merchandise.
Professional Services
Consulting, freelancing, coaching, tutoring, legal services, accounting, and creative services.
Health & Wellness
Fitness training, yoga, nutrition coaching, wellness products, and licensed health practitioners.
Food & Beverage
Restaurants, catering, meal delivery, food trucks, bakeries, and specialty food producers.
Beauty & Personal Care
Salons, barbershops, spas, cosmetics, skincare products, and beauty services.
Education & Training
Online courses, workshops, educational content, tutoring, and skill-building programs.
Events & Entertainment
Event planning, ticket sales, photography, videography, DJ services, and live performances.
Home Services
Cleaning, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, handyman services, and home improvement.

4. Restricted Businesses
The following business categories require prior approval and may be subject to additional compliance requirements, enhanced monitoring, or geographic restrictions. Contact legal@onfire.so before operating in these categories.
5. Globally Prohibited Businesses
The following business types are prohibited on OnFire regardless of jurisdiction. Accounts operating in these categories will be terminated immediately.
6. Jurisdiction-Specific Prohibited & Restricted Businesses
In addition to the globally prohibited categories above, certain business types are prohibited or restricted in specific jurisdictions. Businesses must comply with the rules of the jurisdiction in which they operate. Items marked Prohibited are not allowed; items marked Restricted require prior approval.

7. Compliance & Enforcement
Review Process
OnFire reserves the right to review any business operating on our platform at any time. We may request documentation, proof of licensing, or other information to verify that your business complies with these guidelines and applicable laws.
Consequences of Violations
If your business is found to be operating in a prohibited or restricted category without authorisation, OnFire may take one or more of the following actions:
- Suspension of payment processing capabilities
- Temporary or permanent account restriction
- Withholding of funds pending investigation
- Termination of your OnFire business account
- Reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities
Appeals
If you believe your business has been incorrectly categorised or restricted, you may submit an appeal to legal@onfire.so with supporting documentation. Appeals are reviewed within 10 business days.
Updates to This Policy
OnFire may update this list of supported, restricted, and prohibited business types at any time. We will notify affected businesses of material changes via email and in-app notification. Continued use of OnFire's commerce features after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
